Do seriously important work in a fun place.

I have thoroughly loved my time at Gold Star. It's a really great place, where friendly staff work hard every day to give the best they could for the students and their parents.

What's it like to be part of the team?

Team Culture

We are serious

We do things that really matter. Each day, we have the power to make a real difference to each and every child at our school. We really care about our students, as much as the parents do.

We are seriously fun

We take time to have fun together.

Fridays' Lunch Huddle;

Monthly Challenge Night;

Annual Team Escape;

We take development seriously

We take time to invest in ourselves and improve our skills. Our 'Gold Star College' hosts monthly lectures on a variety of topics to make us better and stronger, ranging from technical teaching techniques, to time management training.

Sounds good? Join us.

We look for smart and self-motivated team players who can get things done. When we look at CV’s and conduct interviews, we are less concerned about academic grades, but we always look for the following five qualities:

Passion

We look for self-motivated people who really care about quality. That’s why we don’t just come to work for the sake of a paycheque; we always look for fresh ways to do things better.

Ownership

We like people who believe: if it is to be, it is up to me. You will be responsible for managing your own work plan and will be accountable to others on the team. Can we count on you?

Mastery

We want to make sure that you have the experience and the background that will set you up for success. For teaching roles, we’ll be looking to check out your teaching and interaction skills.

Agility

We look for people who demonstrate the comfort to deal with uncertainty and change. In a small and mighty team, we all wear a few hats from time to time to achieve a common goal.

Fit

We like to get to know you and what makes you who you are. We want to make sure Gold Star is a place where you can make a difference and succeed together with your teammates.
